Shipping Information

 USA Shipments only, for now.

1. Free Shipping on orders over $100.00.
2. Our Standard Shipping does not exceed $10, no matter how much you order.
3. To keep our shipping costs low, our $5 and/or $10 Standard Shipping usually takes between 6 and 14 days for delivery.
4. If you need faster shipping, we offer Priority and Express Mail options during checkout.
5. We can ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPOs.
6. We mostly use the United States Postal Service for all our shipping, but we can use UPS and FedEx where it makes sense at our discretion.

We’ll do our best to make sure that our products arrive safely and efficiently.

1. We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday.
2. Most items leave our warehouse within 48 hours of being ordered.
3. Some items might take a little longer- this will be listed under the product.
4. Shipping is automatically calculated based on what you've ordered.
5. You can review shipping charges before you place your order.

Pickup in Ashland is available if you'd like to come pick up your order at our store. TreeHouse Books, 15 N. Main Street, Ashland OR 97520. We will let you know when your order is ready to pickup.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We promise to do everything we can to make things right.  Pre-authorized returns will be credited to your account for the full amount of the merchandise.  

If you received the wrong item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the wrong item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

You will be asked to return the book or merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we'll exchange the item(s) or credit your account for the full amount of the merchandise, aside from the exceptions below.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following:

• New books containing CDs with the seal that has been opened.
• Art Kits that have been used and are no longer in new condition.
